Politics / Re: An Honest Advice For Igbo Across Nigeria Especially Lagos - Joe Igbokwe by frankyychiji(f): 4:44pm On Jul 17
Intrepid01:
The Nigerian situation is a peculiar one, it is difficult to side with the people because the government has a point. There are genuine citizens who have no ulterior motive but there are sinister groups who have bad intentions, who are waiting to take the opportunity a protest presents to unleash evil. That’s why it is difficult to berate the government when they say they won’t allow protest. Humans are wicked, it is so funny that some people will be planning somewhere that since you can’t allow us rule Lagos, we will destroy the infrastructure under the pretense of a protest.

The people who dethroned oba Lil Wayne and sold his staff and shoes on Jiji were caught on camera and they were yellows.

Na appointment for Fashola either and many others. You can't shade Joe Igbokwe because he is a man who enjoys enormous goodwill.

His only crime is not following the Igbo herd mentality blindly.

He has spoken. A word is enough for the wise. If protest is genuine then protestors must be ready to comply with the instructions of the police which will be very restrictive and stern so no allowance for any hidden agenda to play out.

Give this advice to your owomida crew all over SW.

Igbos herd mentality?

Some of you are even dumber than dumb.

But he is only giving his kinsmen a sound warning so that EndSars destruction doesn't repeat itself. I wonder why some posters are angry with him.
He doesn't command any followership among the Great Igbos. A banished omoale he remains.

Buhari is just one man. You should wonder why no known sporsors of Boko Haram are known for the past 20yrs. You can see how northern govt officials benefit from the terror up north but have you ever seen any in court?

From all indication, the recent planned nationwide protest that is all over social media has been nothing but an attempt by opposition to destabilize the present government.
However, a particular section of the country appears to be spear heading the movement as evidenced from the official correspondence with the Nigeria Police. This is so unfortunate coming at this time when everyone should put their hands down to salvage what is left of the country that has been misled for years by top politicians from the same region. In this vein, I call on all other tribes to steer clear from those planned protest and go about their business with ease.
This message is out here to inform the general public and stubborn ones to not join in the interest of common sense
Didn't tinubu spearhead a protest against Jonathan's government? Why are you all shittin in your pants?

Are you blind? Can't you see the wordings of conveners of the protest shame you Igbos? "Aboki is dull" and "Danladi no get brain" yet look at how they articulate what they want to achieve that all progressive Nigerians, including myself, can support and endorse?

When have Igbos shown anything other than fundamentalist and bellicose insistence everything for them is about "Tinubu must go"?

When have Igbos, as Northerners now show the maturity to enunciate, ever taken a charity begins at home approach to demand a protest to "shine a spotlight on pressing regional issues and advocate for meaningful reforms".

Everything for all Igbos is "Tinubu must be poisoned", "Tinubu must die" and "Tinubu must be removed" etal.

It is becoming obvious now that only Igbos shun progressive search for solutions and are insistent everything for them begjns and end with Tinubu's removal.

I am personally predicting violent and anarchic protests some want is DOA. If every region is serious then demand national dialogue during peaceful protests that Tinubu will immediately acquiesce to.

Jagaban is no fool. Far from it. He is a proactive leader who believes in controlling the narrative. His insistence protests can go ahead and that protestors must not be harmed is deliberate.

Once the people get a voice and say what they want, as Northerners now hint with their demand for "spotlight on pressing regional issues", who is Tinubu to deny the demands of the people themselves?

Let us then see any leader from anywhere that will resist what the people have publicly announced they want , be that regional autonomy or even referendum, without been viewed internationally an enemy of Nigeria.

More than one way to skin a Cat.

Hahaha 😃

Aboki enwe wey go school don drop quote 😅

When Buhari was in power, protest was haram. Now because it's a Southerner, you remember that protest is your right. During the end Sars protest in 2020 in Lagos, there was no single protest in the North, instead there was counter protest in Abuja and Kano.
Please keep your protest in the north and await the counter protest from the south. 2 can play the game.
Point of correction, counter protest from the SW. Thank you.

Helinues speak out now... the north are the organizer of the protest you have been crying about for the past 4 days accusing south east, gather some balls and challenge your masters grin cheesy
Why do you want to send a naive slave to his grave untimely by asking him to challenge his master? You are a wicked man.
