Obi wouldn't do anything different if he is president. Being in opposition means you have to disagree with everything the government of the day does, if you give them credit then there's no point seeking to replace them.
There's no government that functions without borrowing. His main selling point is they he governored Anambra without borrowing (allegedly) question now is how is the state doing now in the longterm, years after he left office? If you are bold today, future generations will reap the rewards.

Peter Obi is already the presidential candidate of labour Party. If ADC didn't choose him as their presidential candidate, he will go back to labour Party and Carry their flag. Simple as that.
