I have nothing against gays, I do have an issue with the way Democrats enforce the doctrine in schools with little kids and transgender men who couldn't hack it competing against their fellow men, destroying women in female sports. Kamala will definitely continue the craziness but I believe trump will put a stop to it, he already stated that he'll do so.

Wait let's back up a bit. Even this explanation strains credulity because the main purpose of doing pay on delivery is to confirm the product first by inspecting it before paying. Abi cos if i wasn't going to inspect and check it I would have just paid online and have it shipped to me. The dispatch rider is sent to a location, he gets to the location and let's the scammer know he's arrived ( scammer can say he just stepped out and that someone else will meet him).The scammer calls the buyer, keeps him on the call while he confirms that the dispatch rider is there and then immediately tells the buyer to send funds before he calls the rider to release the item.

That's why I stated in my original comment that it would only work in instances where the buyer is pressured into transferring funds when he sees dispatch rider.

Some of the accounts have been dormant for decades and sitting idle in the bank vaults. It makes no difference if it is warehoused with CBN because it doesn't belong to the banks and have been dormant for long.

Btw, FG is not taking away the funds from the owners permanently. The banks should have been repeatedly ensuring that the owners of dormant bank accounts are sensitized to reactivate their accounts but there's nothing the bank can do even of they do so. The real point is that the money is better warehoused with CBN and if the owners need their funds, they go through their banks first to reactivate their bank accounts and get back their funds.
