ElSudani: When you are dealing with people who could be ISIS they should release sensitive information to the media? Where is that done? Let's be logical here, even if you support APC or Tinubu, surely you can be logical at intervals.... surely. Now the survivor has told us what happened the day they were released, keyword being RELEASED. From the story given, the kidnappers were obviously in no rush to let them go, at no point in the story did it feel like they were under any pressure by the Nigerian military. |
Crime › Re: Terrorists Released Us Before Soldiers Took Us Home – Rescued Oyo Teacher by franugo(m): 9:59am On Jul 19 |
ElSudani: Irresponsible journalism. What exactly is different from the military said. Relatives of the terrorists were arrested, the location of the terrorists were found thereby forcing them to release their captives. Where is the evidence that anything else happened? Nigerian journalism is not competing with untrained bloggers. Location of the terrorists was found but you didn't see any terrorist? |

Lifestone: Read before commenting, it won't hurt you. The information here aligned very well with Government position and explanation. Let's be glad that they returned safely How does it align with govt explanation? Bayo said the victims were rescued, the story the victim gives clearly shows they were let go by the kidnappers, not rescued by soliders. It's obvious that some or all the demands of the kidnappers were met |

I believe that ransome was paid for their release That's rather obvious, no kidnapper frees his captives if his demands aren't met |

Politics › Re: Peter Obi Responds To The Arrest Of Nnamdi Kanu’s Doctor by franugo(m): 3:18pm On Jul 12 |
numericalguy: So Because the Doctor is treating a known and dangerous criminal called Nnamdi Kanu means the doctor is above the law. How's it 'the law' to break into the man's house at 2am? For goodness sake, the man's 74 years old, he could have just thought they were thieves and gotten a heart attack from the shock of the incident. He's a respected medical practitioner, just send an invite if you want him to come in, there was absolutely no need to break into his house in the dead of the night and the fact that you can't see this makes me question your critical reasoning 🤔 |

RandDigital: I put up three arguments above. I see you wanna dwell on just one.
1. Illegally staying in SAa. 2. Working without proper documents for less, hence not paying tax. This giving one an unfair advantage over locals. 3. Some commiting crimes and not being traced because they're undocumented. It's easier to arrest a local because they're on the system. Nicely put but that's just all theoretical. What we've seen actually happening on ground is that Southies are pretty much chasing all African foreigners, whether they're legal or not |

obembet: Tinubu polled 10.99 million votes
This is what we can structure, no polling unit on social media. For those of you rely too much on kwakwaso, go and check what Tinubu get in Kano...
For Obi supporters, if you like, keep bullying, continue tribal war, keep voting non- indigene in another man's community.
If we want obi to win, let all follow the right part, forget about igbo agendas, it can't work now
Anyway Nigeria wil be OK APC fans really crack me up, your DP is literally a picture of Jos bleeding from the insecurity bat has not been able to tackle but here you are supporting tinubu |

Melezenawii: Borehole by Ayra Starr (a musician) vs borehole by Peter Obi (a Politician who is richer than Joe Biden )
Obi is too comfortable with mediocrity You fail to mention that Obi built water projects for a lot of communities while ayra, bless her soul, did just one, so of course the one she did might be more aesthetically pleasing when compared to some of the projects Obi did...they all work the same though. I think the pertinent question should be where is the local, state and federal govt that private citizens are doing the work these useless leaders were elected to do |
