Warmest greetings to all nairalanders.
I have been thinking of relocating to New Zealand with student Visa with intention of also getting a
job and finally settle down there for better life. However, I have been overwhelmed by fear of unknown as regards the possibility of survival in that far country. I have no relative or friend in New Zealand which makes feel sceptical about how one can survive alone. Plz share your experience. I need a detailed information and clue about living and working in New Zealand. Thanks in anticipation of your kind response.

If your transaction with him is well documented. I mean if you have material evidence of payment you made to him then you can report him to police or Efcc. But if there is no clearly documented evidence you should forget it, the money is tactically gone.

Thanks @ Pansophist, your post is quite revealing. But do you have an idea of the minimum pay per hour, a week or month, and the expenses of an average person with low or average spending life style.

For someone planning to migrate to Finland with two years work permit visa, what is the possibility of survival. How is the cost of living, high or low? How fast can one settle with his/her family? Are the immigration laws friendly? What is the minimum and maximum hourly, weekly or monthly pay? How is life generally in Finland? Is it a place where one can make good savings and send something back home? Please share your experience in Finland.
