Retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari has authorized a second genocide on Biafra, having directly participated in the first genocide of 1967—1970. In 1968, Buhari and his co-soldiers slaughtered over two million Biafrans at Owerri and most of those massacred were women and children. In 2016, Buhari has embarked on a second genocide on Biafrans under the guise of Fulani Herdsmen.

These killer squads have already massacred thousands in Agatu in Biafraland. Between 25th and 27th of April 2016, over one thousand Biafrans in Enugu were murdered by Buhari’s Fulani Herdsmen. Not satisfied by the numerous bloodsheds, Buhari’s blood-thirsty Fulani Herdsmen moved over to Delta State and killed hundreds of Biafrans. In all these killings Buhari, who was quick to sympathize with the government and people of Belgium when terrorists killed a few people there, never uttered a word in repudiation of the heinous crimes committed by his acolytes. Even the Department of State Services (DSS), who gleefully reported the discovery of bodies of five dead Fulani men (but only named four of them) buried in mass graves, have been silent on the ongoing genocide on Biafrans, which is contrary to section-2(3a) of CAP 74 LFN 2004.

The lameduck Governors of all the States in Biafraland remain hopeless, helpless, and useless in the face of Buhari’s men onslaught on defenceless Biafrans. It will be recalled that these are the same State Governors who connived with Buhari and his murderous security agencies to kill Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) peaceful protesters. Today, the same slave masters from the North led by Buhari are killing Biafrans but this time under the guise of Fulani Herdsmen. Yet, the same Governors who ordered IPOB peaceful protesters to be shot at sight for merely agitating are now impotent before the marauding band of stark illiterate and brainless cattle herders from Buhari’s tribe.
Following the helplessness of these lameduck Governors is the cowardly silence of those from Biafraland who call themselves elites, party chieftains, elder statesmen, and members of the highly compromised and moribund organization known as Ohanaeze Ndigbo.

It goes without saying that these genocidal killings can never be tolerated in the Northern or Western regions of Nigeria and if it happened by accident, the elites, the elder statesmen and regional organizations such as OPC, YCE, ACF, NEF and others will be in the forefront of demands for immediate stoppage of the carnage and the institution of panel of enquires in addition to compensation of affected victims.

A few days ago, a group of old men led by a former President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo paid brown-envelop journalists to publish in the newspapers that they are the leaders of IPOB. But these old men have remained blind, deaf, and dumb in the face of the recent genocidal acts committed by Buhari’s killer squads on the people they are supposed to be leading. If truly they are leaders of Biafra, then why have they remained silent when their people are being slaughtered like animals?

But the fact is, be it Buhari and his criminal gangs masquerading as Fulani Herdsmen or the congenitally chicken-livered lameduck Governors in Biafralnd or is it the cowardly Biafran elites and money-minded Ohanaeze Ndigbo members, there is an ongoing genocide in Biafraland which is a repeat of previous genocide of 1967-1970. BIAFRA TIMES:BUHARI MUST DECLARE FULANI HERDSMEN TERRORISTS IF HE IS NOT A SUPPORTER

It is well stated that the federal government led by President Muhammadu Buhari has not done enough to stop the onslaught of the Fulani herdsmen killing the Biafrans in Enugu State, because he is also a cattle rearer.

I have not heard an order given that any cattle herder caught with sophisticated firearms be instantly disarmed, arrested, placed on trial, and his cattle confiscated. It's quite clear that Buhari intentionally infiltrated Biafra land with Boko under the guise of cattle herding. Since he said in his interview at Aljazeera that Biafra independence is intolerable, adding that he will kill Biafrans again. This he commenced using Fulani herders to wipe off Biafrans from the face of the earth with the deadly weapons he gave them.

Only recently, there were reports of a mass grave of murdered Fulani herdsmen discovered in a community in Abia State, which the DSS and Buhari condemned and quickly announced to the whole world, but failed to announce the attrocities committed against Biafrans by Fulani herdsmen in Biafra land.

Whether we know it or not, a tribal war is imminent except urgent steps are taken to arrest this ugly trend. Unfortunately, the modern Hitler, Muhammadu Buhari, has not done as much as condemn the activities of the herdsmen in unequivocal terms; a situation that has led many to conclude that he is acquiescing the actions of the cattle grazers either because he is a Fulani or because he is the Patron of the umbrella association of Nigerian herdsmen. His recent call on the military and the IG to rein in the culprits is considered too tepid as to be an afterthought. It is not too much if he summons their leaders to the Presidential Villa and warns them in front of the cameras.

The rampaging cattle grazers are reckoned to have killed no fewer than 3,000 Biafrans since muhammadu Hitler Buhari, their master, got into power in 2015. They are also believed to be involved in criminal activities like kidnapping, raping and cattle rustling. A report published by SMB Intelligence claimed that in 2015 alone, more than 2,000 people were killed in conflicts between the herdsmen and different host communities.

The nation is now in clear danger in the sense that some ethnic nationalities are already threatening to resort to self-defence, if the federal government hesitates further to do something about the negative trend. This, to me, is a subtle threat of warfare for which you can hardly blame Biafrans at the receiving end. The right of an ethnic group to swing its arm must necessarily end where the right of another ethnic group to defend its nose begins. The big question would be whether the Fulani have got the capacity to cope with all the ethnic groups they have wronged in the event of simultaneous reprisals.

The world should know that Buhari swore to stamp out Biafrans by all means to impede the restoration of the Sovereign State of Biafra. Buhari instigated his herdsmen to cause havoc in Biafra land. HOW PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI IGNORED ENUGU STATE GOV CALL TO ALLOW FULANI HERDSMEN MASSACRE INDIGENES

In a new twist that could lead to reprisal attacks by Enugu State indigenes, over the murder of their people, there are confirmed reports that the tragedy which took place in Enugu, would have been averted, had the President had put National Interest above self.

We have been reliably informed that, the Governor of Enugu State, had before the ugly incident, placed a call to the president, which was put on hold for over an hour 15 minutes.

Sources say, this call was made in the presence of 13 men and 4 women, where the president’s aide told the Governor that the president will get back to him. Buhari through his aide, after 4hours of waiting, told Enugu State Governor that the president will do something about it.

Eye witnesses when this calls were placed to the President said, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on hearing that the police have not arrived at Uzouwani called GOC 82 division for help. He was referred to the presidency again, where his call was again, put on hold, for nearly 2 hours.

Desperate to speak with the President, which ended in futility, news filtered in that the attack he was planning to prevent has actually taken place.

We gathered that, within an hour, the commissioner of police and GOC who referred the Governor to the President, mobilized their men to stop retaliation.

Residents of Enugu have queried why the police commissioner and GOC need presidency order before they can protect the innocent citizens and also why police and military sent their men to Uzouwani after the attack to prevent retaliation.

A resident who confided in us, also demanded to know why a sitting Governor cannot use the support of police and military to protect his people.

Since the Enugu massacre, Nigerians have expressed their anger, and has charged the Governor, to make use of the media, which was used by Orji Uzor Kalu, in his time as Governor of Abia State, to avert this type of unnecessary deaths in Okigwe during his tenure.

President Buhari has been accused by some section of Nigerians, to be a jihadist who has a hidden agenda. Speaking, a source said, “Don’t wait for police and military, use the media which is free. Put the call before public media, have it taped and watched and monitored all over the world and Uzouwani citizens would have rushed back home in their millions to protect their relatives.

The world will see how a tyrant value lives of his people.” There are calls, demanding probe/investigation on this massacre and also for the GOC and commissioner to be queried on their negligence in protecting the lives of the citizenry.

The lawyer of pro-Biafra activist Nnamdi Kanu has told Newsweek that the Nigerian government has no witnesses to bring against his client as Kanu’s counsel seeks to overturn a ruling that witnesses in the trial could be anonymized.

Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), is facing six counts of treasonable felony — that carries a maximum life sentence in Nigeria — but denies the charges. A British-Nigerian dual national, Kanu, who is also the director of underground station Radio Biafra, was arrested in Lagos in October 2015 and has been held in detention since then.

The Federal High Court in the Nigerian capital Abuja ruled on March 7 that witnesses in the case, which has garnered significant attention in Nigeria, should be allowed to testify from behind a screen in order to protect their identities. The decision came despite a previous ruling by Judge John Tsoho on February 19 that witnesses could not wear masks while testifying.

On April 20 the same court rejected an application by Kanu’s counsel to have proceedings stayed while an appeal against the March 7 decision was processed by the Nigerian Court of Appeal. Tsoho ruled that Kanu’s application did not follow due process and that he would continue to hear the case until a higher court — such as the appeals court — ordered a stay of proceedings, according to Nigeria’s Channels TV.

The trial has been adjourned until June 20 and Kanu is due to appear in court for a bail hearing on May 5.

Speaking to Newsweek after the ruling, one of Kanu’s lawyers, barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, says that the defense team will now escalate their application for a stay in proceedings to the Court of Appeal and would also ask for the case to be transferred to another judge as they had lost confidence in Tsoho.

Ejiofor adds that allowing witnesses to testify anonymously could allow the prosecution to unfairly prejudice the trial. “If you give them that, they will bring anybody they want,” says Ejiofor. “You cannot accuse somebody in public and try him in secret...They [the witnesses] have to come to the public and testify in public. Let us see them in open court.”

“The point is that they have nobody to come and testify against our client. That’s the simple truth,” says Ejiofor.

Kanu’s arrest led to a wave of protests across Nigeria and has reignited secessionist sentiment among supporters of Biafra, which existed as a federal republic between 1967 and 1970.

The declaration of Biafran independence in 1967 by Nigerian military officer Odumegwu Ojukwu sparked a three-year civil war between Biafran forces and the Nigerian military. The war claimed more than a million lives, with many Biafrans dying of starvation after a blockade was enforced around the borders of the region that lies in modern southeast Nigeria.
