am writing to bring to your attention the fraudulent activity of fake professorship promotion that is currently took place at Imo State University and Alvan Ikoku Federal University Owerri, specifically involving Dr. Mrs Stella Ngozi Elemchi, the acting Vice Chancellor of Alvan Ikoku Federal University Owerri.

It is imperative that immediate action be taken to bring this to light and put a stop to this unethical practice. Promoting individuals to professorship based on false credentials undermines the integrity of our academic institutions and devalues the hard work and dedication of legitimate scholars.

I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and ensure that those responsible for perpetrating this fraud are held accountable. Our educational system must uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity, and it is vital that swift action be taken to expose this crimes.
