@ emeka, if the school says you are proficient,, then i guess it means they think you are proficient. You can still try to take the toefl exams if you so wish, to show the embassy. nethacker what do you think?, ![]() |

nethacker, may God continue to bless you and others that have helped many secure visa. I have an issue, I hav an i20 presently, on it, its written that i am not yet proficient inn English and that English Instructions will be given to me at the school. Can that affect my visa interview or I should do toefl? on the I20, there is no presence of scholarship. do you thin consulars consider these to give visa? |

Is there anyone in the house that has used only a fixed deposit to secure a visa? |

@ meddler, if its for job, I advise you to start applying online. since you have an international degree, you will not have troubles gettting good jobs with good pay too. goodluck. @nattyspice we are all suppose to travel abroad, learn skills and come back to contribute to (or correct) the situation in Naija. @femilangy, sup, how are your preparation for exams going. hope kool. I have applied online and paid the $40, requested for transcripts for school and evaluation agency (although av not paid the fee for evaluation yet) I have also sent the application materials to the college of graduate studies by courier today. (including goals statement, CV, immunization, financial, ) I dont know if you can help me push buttons at the IT department as I told you that my GRE scores were low . |

@femilangy, I have gone to the mankato site.my gre score is on the average. Can i still apply for masters in IT. And also for the affidavit of support. I only have a fixed deposit account of well over the tuition and living expenses. Which transcript evaluation service did you use an how much did it cost? I am about to apply online.
