let them just finish everything (txt message, camp training/documentation) by January, 2016 and save us this high B.P. Habba! It's taking them too long na. One would have thought that NSCDC would follow suit when NPS called for camp training May this year. I just don't know why my source don't want to come out plain. As at yesterday he said soon all would materialize. And to think that I nearly tendered letter of resignation for where I dey manage 70k monthly.... E GO SOON HAPPEN INSHA ALLAH.
