It's been like this for a time. I have some great ideas but fear of not implementing is hindering me. . .

Tribalism, ethnicity and religion.
I wasn't always like this. But here I am.
I get offended when I see a Yoruba man working in Benin

Or any other tribe working in Benin
Or even attending the same school with me!

I Need to get out of this and be free because it is doing a lot of harm to me. But I just don't know how.

I wonder how a Calabar for instance can be employed as a teacher in Benin or a lecturer. I also do not know why an Igbo man should work in Calabar or a Hausa man in Warri. . .nor do I see the credibility of someone leaving his country to find work in another. Nor can I bear someone from another tribe. Please, I need to get out of this. I know it is a very deep perception and maybe hatred. But I also know It's ignorance! I have not been able to have good and healthy relationships. Not even with others outside, but also within my own family. I can trace where it came from. It's from my dad. I inherited it.

Also it got on me, because people would tell me that because they were so and so tribe, their chances of getting into a particular uni was slim.
But I need to break free because it has kept me stagnant for years. Please someone should help me
