Let her apply to religious school which must be on graduate or advance level and the school must be internationally accredited. She also has to profile herself as one of the levites (pastor, evangelist etc).

The 2nd option is to apply to Coady Institute which gives 100% funding but depending on her career history or Phd full funding.

I’m leaning towards the second option but could only see that the programs on there are offered online.
She’s graduate of polytechnic- HND
Office Technology and Management but she has been teaching secondary school students all these while.

I need guidance on this , the possible way to make it work out.
I’m a Canadian PR and I wish to sponsor my sister who’s married with 3 kids for study visa. What’s the best way to go about this to avoid possible refusal.
She’s likely to come with the last child
The family have little to no funds , all expenses on me.
