Good day guys, I have a job interview in the US and my visa interview date is end of February, my passport got damaged by water after my visa application and I had to pay for a reissue which I got the next day in Abuja. I was informed that I may have to pay another visa fee because my passport number has changed.

please am I want to know if I can apply and get a USA visa from UAE. I have been in UAE since 2016 on an employment Visa, I don't see the need of travelling back to Nigeria just for an interview only. I intend spending my annual leave in the USA
