I experienced that number 32, and it was not funny, about 17yrs ago, around 2009 in ikorodu, that police station opposite wema bank, I needed to get my landlords son arrested for breaking into my apartment and carted away some valuables, at the counter, the female officer who attended to me asked me to pay #2,000 (na still better money that year oo) for pen and paper, i no no when I burst into laugh, I asked her, madam, are you serious, she replied; we never even talk of money for fuel for officers wey go come your house, omo, that day ehnnn, I just loose hope in nigerian police, at the end of the day, I have to contact a friend who has barrack connections, na soldiers later help me deal with the guy. Nigerian Police need to be disbanded totally.
