Tony Elumelu is simply saying that tinubu government is involved in the oil deals and therefore refuses to do anything about it.

So they decided that the government that ordered the purchase without due diligence have left office and Wale Tinubu had become co-owner of NNPC by reason of NNPC acquisition of his company, so it was time to take real business decisions not driven by primordial interest
