People that illegally acquired lands will now be looking for military men to guard the land and start developing without building approval

Wike does not need to take any permission from any service chief before entering FCT land. Wike as FCT minister was representing the President and Lieutenant Commander A.M Yerima was on illegal duty prevented Wike from carrying out his lawful duties.

Lieutenant Commander A.M Yerima was on illegal duty for the following reasons:-
1) The land is a private land and does not belong to the military
2) No retired CNS can give any order anymore as he is no longer in service. All retired military officers are now 100% civilian

But this is a fight he likely won't win, because his boss clearly lacks the balls to support him.
