sreamsense: Ok, cool down for a minute! What do you actually want? You are not talking or writing down what you actually need or is it KANU that will be sentenced on the 20th that is confusing you? Is that all the roads that are being embarked upon throughout the country? Buhari was there and was carrying project to the north than elsewhere.
Let south west enjoy themselves too. South east also should wait for Obi. You did not vote for Tinubu, you have little to comment even though Tinubu is trying to balance, you don't expect 100% balancing. Any project done in south west is actually for all Nigerians because when Bokoharam and ipob/ESN send you away, your destination is south west It is the bombing of all APC terrorist by Trump using B2 spirit that is confusing him |

Politics › Re: Defence Intelligence Detains Brig Gen Over Alleged Coup Plot To Overthrow Tinubu by Frontend: 3:51pm On Oct 18, 2025 |
DomPerignon: Any coup now will see Nigeria disintegrate faster than a lightning bolt.
Nigeria of today is not Nigeria of Pre 1999.
The civilian political class in every state is well entrenched .
The populace is more restive and aware of their rights and won't give it away for an illegitimate military junta that did not give their consent to.
There must be consent by the populace to the government of the day to govern them.
And how is the military going to manage running a country like Nigeria today without widespread consent?
You must understand that past military juntas relied on consent to remain in power and always justified seizing power from fellow military juntas on the basis of lack of popularity of the ousted regime among the people.
There's no way we can have anything dictatorship today because that will require tearing up the constitution and drawing up Admiralty laws that are alien to civilian life.
Any coup will not only be disastrous to Nigeria's continued existence but to those who ochestrted it.
The guys in the military today are a total different breed from the cocaine sniffing rambo types of times gone.
The officers today just want to serve and cashout bigly and retire to politics or their businesses.
Why should they risk all that for a doomed coup that if successful will doom them? Big lies from the pit of hell nothing will happen |
