Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Lagos
Salary: ₦70,000 Gross + Performance-based commissions of up to ₦100,000 or more

Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to promote and distribute Credit Direct’s financial services products in retail outlets across Nigeria. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent sales skills, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Sales Transactions: Perform and manage day-to-day sales transactions for Credit Direct's financial services products using the assigned sales platform.
2. Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and engage potential customers to introduce and sell Credit Direct’s financial services.
3. Sales Coordination: Work with the marketing team to ensure all sales strategies align with Credit Direct’s business objectives.
4. Customer Education: Clearly explain and promote Credit Direct’s financial products to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by Credit Direct.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
7. Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to SalesKonect through approved channels.

Qualification Requirements

1. Minimum SSCE/WAEC with relevant sales experience
2. Must have a smart working phone
3. 0 -1 years of sales experience in retail or financial services industry preferred
4. OND/HND/BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
