Check those pharmacies at shoprite, but if u can't get it there, pls order from jumia, you'll get it within 7days and it will be the original. The one I bought is 3,400 plus 800 naira delivery charge, everything was 4,200 for 120 capsules.

Some people said vitex prolonged their cycles, some said it messed up their cycle, but one thing about vitex is that it increases LH, thereby resulting to the rupture of the follicle, releasing the egg. After ovulation, vitex increases progesterone and it also reduces prolactin; high prolactin is responsible for the watery discharge from the breast. Overall, vitex balances hormones, though it might take a while to act, it may show immediate result too.

I took pregnacare conception from cd2 to cd17

I ordered vitex; Swanson product from jumia. I've been taking 2capsules first thing in the morning since cd7. On CD10, for the first time, I experienced watery cm, then EWCM on cd11.
My BBT jumped from 36.2.°c on cd11, to 36.8°c on cd12, and it's been high since then.

I started taking Vit b6 tablets one morning, and one evening(50mg) one day after ovulation till now.

Good day my E- sisters, I've been a silent member for sometime now, I've learnt a lot here. Whenever I wanted to type, I'll just start crying, been through alot:; miscarriage, myomectomy, hormonal imbalance. I was asked to wait for six months after myomectomy, before trying again. Behold, I kept trying, all to avail, hormonal imbalance just appeared from nowhere, estrogen dominance was actually the issue. This is my eight cycle, and I just got MY BIG FAT POSITIVE. GOD is truly faithful!!!! I transfer this grace of getting pregnant to every one here seeking for children in Jesus name! Amen!
