They scammed me on my Canadian dollar account, I placed a bet with $10 and I won $60 so I tried to withdraw $50 through e-transfer that I made the deposit with and it was starting to ask for more informations that I’m not supposed to share with anyone at all.
informations like my sin number and my work permit… I wasn’t comfortable so I called and I was told to change my payment method by deposit another amount to my account through another payment method which I did everything they asked. After doing all of that I couldn’t still withdraw, I sent a mail only to be replied after 1 month saying all sort of rubbish. The first time I couldn’t withdrawal I knew something is wrong asking for all sort of information, I sent some of my information just as they want it and it still wasn’t enough because I didn’t send the crucial once. All of this just to get my $50.
Talking with the customer service on the phone was a red flag, the person wasn’t fluent with his words doesn’t even pronounce words properly. I just gave up and stopped sending or calling anymore, only to find out this morning that my phone bill has increased. When I checked I found out that 1xbet customer service number (441273256987) is a normal line in uk not a service number, I don lose for 2 sides now because I placed a call so many times. This is the first time! This has happened to me before but it’s a lesson, imagine I funded my account with the amount I had in mind before I would have been down. It’s crazy trying to use your tax refund for gambling 😂.
