i need a developer to partner with to build a platform for a social media like.

Required:
Expert knowledge of Ruby and PHP programming languages.
Experience with modern software frameworks like Ruby on Rails and Codeigniter
Experience with modern Javascript frameworks especially JQuery
Deep love for testing of all forms (Unit.)
Proficiency in the use of GIT and SVN.
Strong collaboration skills.

Desired:
Experience with social network: Connect, Canvas / Iframe Apps
Experience in OO design and development, and one or more of: scala/Java/PlayFramework.org/
Knowledge of, or experience with Ipad/Iphone Development(not mandatory)
must be willing to learn new technology
Understanding of server technologies
no school relevant so long you can deliver
