This is to inform the general public that Maseraty by SixtyFive has been shut down as a result of a pending suit before the High Court of Rivers State — Suit No. PHC/87/CS/2026, instituted by Mr. Oweregbulam Austin Ikedi and Mr. Ogukwe Somto against Mr. Ngwu Ejike Charles and Mr. Ifeanyi Andrew Onyekere. In spite of the pendency of this matter before the Rivers State High Court, the Police are reportedly making plans to reopen the business, rather than maintaining the status quo. In the same vein, Mr. Ejike Charles and Mr. Ifeanyi Onyekere, through their counsel, Uwumazhiniye Udogadi, Esq. and God’swill Alikor, have filed a Fundamental Rights Enforcement action against the Commissioner of Police and the Anti-Cultism Unit. We hereby enjoin the Commissioner of Police to maintain the neutrality for which he is well known, as these issues are presently sub judice and before a court of competent jurisdiction.

Court Suit: Rivers court shuts down Maseraty by SixtyFive A business outfit known as Maseraty by SixtyFive has reportedly been shut down following a pending suit before the High Court of Rivers State. The suit, numbered PHC/87/CS/2026, was instituted by Mr. Oweregbulam Austin Ikedi and Mr. Ogukwe Somto against Mr. Ngwu Ejike Charles and Mr. Ifeanyi Andrew Onyekere. This was contained in a press release made available to journalists on Tuesday. According to the statement, despite the matter being before a court of competent jurisdiction, there are reports that the Police may be making moves to reopen the business premises, rather than maintaining the status quo. The release further disclosed that Ejike Charles and Ifeanyi Onyekere, through their lawyers, Uwumazhiniye Udogadi, Esq. and God’swill Alikor, have filed a Fundamental Rights Enforcement suit against the Commissioner of Police and the Anti-Cultism Unit. The parties involved called on the Commissioner of Police to remain neutral, stressing that the issues are sub judice and currently before the Rivers State High Court. They urged law enforcement authorities to allow the court to determine the matter without interference.
