Shall we all write a joint story? The said story can be of any genre but it has to be connected by a coherent thread of the plot. If you wish to participate in the creation of the story, start your post with three Asterisks (***) If you wish to comment on the story in thread or reply to others, no extra requirement is needed. The length of each post shall be a consistent 50 - 200; writing out a substantially sizeable amount of The Story will run the risk of leaving out others and too little will be too reductive and inconsequential. There is no foreseeable finish I can see to this story since it's not fully under my jurisdiction. That's for all to decide. Without further Ado...

There was something off about this storm tonight, it acted like it was under the influence of Zeus; The God of Thunder with its ghastly howling Maelstroms wreaking havoc upon all it met, the thunderous claps of lightning abruptly canceling all uproar of the storm for a brief moment before the racket once again ensued. Chester's house was illuminated as the root-like lightning split across the nebulous night, Chester squinted as an attempt to decrease the amount of light entering the eye but even that proved to be futile as he physically recoiled from the blinding light. He hastily closed the dark red curtains and left to resume his game of Chess with his older brother which he brashly left due to his morbid curiosity of the storm.

This 50's rock and roll that's currently blaring through my headphones ever so splendidly is hypnotizing me into a dancing frenzy but I must ascend above this superficial temptation and avoid spilling my hot coffee all over my desk space...
