Ingredients:

1: chicken breasts and thighs (de boned or bonless also cut them into thin strips)

2: Lebanese shawarma bread or tortilla wraps
( you Can get this from shoprite and other super stores like amigo and next in abuja)

3: Cabbage, carrots, cucumber, onions, fresh pepper ( all cut into thin strips)

4; Sausages, mayonnaise and ketchup and some cooking oil.

You can decide to make a marinade using thyme curry maggi etc.


wash and cut all your veggies and parts into small portions add the marinade and mix them like a dj.....when you are satisfied throw it into your fridge and store for about 5 hours...later throw the parts into your frying pan and cook until nicely brown. Take your mix of mayo and ketchup and lay it on some of the open spread bread.....fold it up with all the ghoulash inside to form a nice shawarma wrap. You can then decide to warm it up with a pan or microwave to get the final brown levels or go all vanilla ice if you choose. FINI

White vinegar can also be used for cooking certain meals or baking even for cleaning dirt of certain tools


As for cinnamon powder you can brew it into a tea....sprinkle on fruit...make cocktails...add to stew or soups or even bake with it.

As for your pan maybe it's time invest in some new non stick versions and use a little well spread butter as the base before you bake and cook on low heat....

Kindly come and decide whether this chief is being unfairly targeted or whether he has a case to answer. He has been bothering me on what's app but I have advised him to come and source for paypal from other traders here using this his technique and also to explain his motives for doing this yesterday:



1: Used an unlisted number to contact sleakc instead of the registered one on his profile?


2; Was No more responding to messages once SleakC brought an escrow but he kept appearing and disappearing online...even after being mentioned by both the seller and the escrow within the time frame of his initial contact with the seller....but was and available and eager to trade when there was no escrow in sight


3. Why with no single trade ever recorded on this forum and not being seen since january 2017 he felt he deserved to receive paypal from SleakC first before "he paid into his bank account after he confirmed the paypal"?






Are these reasons enough for me to table a warning or not? Or maybe that is the new law we follow here for unknown traders. Any other story he wants to harp on about will be backed up with screen shots.

So this guy's last post was in january 2017.......with no single past trade history or advertisements and he suddenly he contacted SleakC today with a brand new number totally different from the one he listed on his profile. He tried to rush SleakC into sending first to this paypal email vibekozo@gmail.com but when SleakC insisted on using an escrow he acted as if he was down with it...sleak then came to me around 4pm and immediately this man saw that the escrow and seller were ready all his phones automatically went off and he no longer has the ability to pick calls. He has been viewing at different times since then even until now his last seen is 8:45pm so he is aware of this post. Others can give him a befitting title based on these his actions. My own is to tell it exactly as it happened and provide a fair warning.

The Promobot was designed to interact with people using speech recognition, providing information in the form of an expressive electronic face, prerecorded audio messages and a large screen on its chest. In light of the robot's recent escapes, and citing multiple changes to the robot's artificial intelligence, Promobot co-founder Oleg Kivokurtsev told The Mirror, "I think we might have to dismantle it."

But in its blog post, the company said it considers the escape a successful test of the machine's new navigation system, because the robot didn't harm anyone and wasn't damaged during the getaway.
