they start running towards the exit door. The man shoots again but this time the bullet hits an uncomming pregnant woman on her belly which kills he instantly. The whole floor is in limbo and everyone runs helter-skelter for the safety of their lives which makes it harder for the men in black to have a clear shot. The haunted two manages to get out of the hospital and Peter leads her into his ferrari and drives off. The men in black also gets out of the hospital,enter their homma and pursues the ferrari.

As the men enter the hospital Peter starts thinking. He wants to go home but his conscience is telling him to do something else. "Could it be that she was telling the truth and these men are here to kill her",he says to himself. He can't bear the knowledge that something bad is about to happen and he does nothing to stop it. He immediately runs back into the hospital inconspicuously so the men wouldn't notice him. He climbs the stairs and rushes to her room which is on the first storey of the building. He opens the door and to his greatest surprise,he sees no one on the bed. Suddenly,the door hits him hard and he falls to the ground. She comes out from the back of the door and sees Peter. She says,"im sorry. I did not know who was coming". "Its okay", Peter says as he stands up from the floor."I saw a couple of guys outside the hospital who showed me your picture and asked if i saw you. I denied and now they are in the hospital looking for you",Peter says. She replies,"They are here,we need to get out of here now!!!". They both run out of the room into the corridor. They both see the men in dark heading towards them and immediately they start running for their lives and the men start pursuing them. As they are running,one of the men brings out a magnum from his jacket and shoots her but fortunately for her and Peter they both swerve into the stairs and the bullet hits an uncomming nurse on the head which squashes his brain. They continue running and as they get to the ground floor,

BATTLE OF MINDS - CHAPTER FOUR (p.1 of 1)

He steps out of the hospital and walks towards his ferrari. As he was walking, two men in black suit looking like secret agents approaches him, One of the men in black suit says to him,"Goodevening sir". Peter replies,"Goodevening". He brings out a picture from his pocket and shows Peter saying,"Please did you see someone bring this young lady into the hospital?". To Peter's greatest suprise,the lady he sees in the picture is the lady he just brought to the hospital about an hour ago. "No",he replies in order not to instagate any modicum suspision. "Thank you",they both reply leaving Peter and entering into the hospital for further investigation.

BATTLE OF MINDS - CHAPTER THREE (p.1 of 1)

She opens her eyes, feeling dizzy and very weak, like a drunkard regaining lucidity. She notices she is lying on a hospital bed and a drip is passed into her hand. She sees a dark, handsome guy sitting close to her bed; he starts talking to her.
"Hi, my name is Peter," he says, "I brought you to the hospital after the accident. I believe it's a miracle because I actually thought I hit you, but the doctor said you only fainted. I am sorry if I've caused you any inconviniencies, so please...may I know your name?"
She looks at him and replies, "You shouldn't have brought me here."
Peter, looking confused, says,"What?"
She replies, looking scared, "We are both in danger!"
Peter, who is already confused, asks again,"What are you talking about?".
She replies, "You need to get me out of here or else they'll kill me."
Peter says, "I believe you need to get some rest. Maybe by tomorrow we'll talk better."
She responds, "Please don't leave me, help me out of here, they must have arrived by now, they're coming to kill me!"
Peter stands up and says,"I'll be back tommorow. Goodbye".
He then stands up and leaves the room, closing the door. As he walks through the stairs, he starts thinking and something gives him the impression that she's insane.

BATTLE OF MINDS - CHAPTER TWO (p.2 of 2)

She immediately starts running towards the door and as she was running, the guy she kicked in the room comes out of the room and starts pursuing her. She opens the door and bursts out into a plain field. She sights a road a mile away and starts running towards it. The guy pursues her closely, expecting to catch her and deal with her.
As they both get close to the road, he hits his leg on a big stone and falls to the ground on his arm, which dislocates immediately. "Aaaaah!!!!" he shouts in great pain, holding his injured arm; and looks up seeing her running into the road. She runs like a possessed lion not noticing what had just happened; and as she bursts into the road, she sees a car, ten seconds to hitting her at a hundred-percent speed and she shouts,"Aaaaah!!!"

BATTLE OF MINDS - CHAPTER TWO (p.1 of 2)

A lady wakes up in a room and sits on her bed. After a while, she stands up from her bed walks to the window and she finds out that the day is getting dark. She then walks to the door and tries to open it by all means she knows, but all to no avail. She hisses and slams her hand on the door, disappointed. She walks back to her bed, sits down, and starts thinking.
After a while, she hears a noise from outside and she immediately falls to the ground looking like a dead person. The door opens and a guy enters the room, holding a tray containing a plate of rice and a glass of water. He sees her on the floor and calls her, "Hey!" but she doesn't reply. He drops the food on the floor and moves close to her for further examination of what is happening. As he gets close to her, she opens her eyes and kicks his legs with great force. He falls on the ground, hitting his head on the wall.
"Aaaaah!!!" he shouts in great pain, holding his head with his hand, and, as he looks up, she runs out of the room.
She bursts out of the room into the corridor. She looks at her left and right hand side, not knowing which route to take. Suddenly, a guy opens the door on her left hand side and sights her. He immediately runs towards her like a warrior in battle. She stands courageously firm, waiting for his approach and as he gets close to her, he throws her two punches with his left and right hand. She weaves both punches by bending and reciprocates by kicking his belly and his crotch. "Aaaaah!!!!", he shouts in pain holding his crotch and she sums it up by kicking his head. He then falls to the ground like a log of wood.





BATTLE OF MINDS - CHAPTER ONE (p.1 of 1)

On national television,a program is being displayed which the whole Nigeria is watching. The presenter who is wearing a dark suit says:
"Good morning Nigeria, my name is Richard Cypher and this is the Presidential Ask Forum. Today in our midst we have another presidential candidate contesting for the 2025 presidential elections holding in a month's time and he would be asked monumental questions by me as usual. His name is Prince Power -also known as the special one - and he is the youngest presidential candidate in history, aged twenty-four". Richard looks at Prince and says, "Thank you sir for being here today".
Prince, who is looking so handsome and confident wearing a dark suit, replies, "It's my pleasure."
Richard continues, "To my very first question, sir. Why are you being reffered to as the 'special one?' Isn't that an exagerration?"
Prince replies, "No it's not and sometimes I see it as an understatement. I am the golden child of this generation born to be the master of all. Whenever I talk people listen; wherever I go, crowds follow; whatever I do, everyone immitates. The fear of me is the beginning of wisdom and at the mention of my name every knee shall bow and everyone confess that I am lord. I am already a legend at twenty-four. I am the definition of special!"
"Wow!" Richard says and continues,"sir, can you just briefly summerize your manifesto."
Prince replies,"I would make Nigeria a world power and the naira would be the strongest currency in the world. I would set examples for developing countries like England and America to follow. I would destroy all shackles of poverty and increase the cost of living of all Nigerians to five hundred dollars per day. We shall rule the world!"
Richard nods his head in agreement and says, "Our viewers, it's time for us to have a short break; we'll be right back."
