Well try another cable first, if you still experience the same issue then you have reinstall the operating system and install all drivers again.

If that didn't work, then I'll advise you see a laptop technician,it's likely the PCH is faulty.

Incase you guys haven't heard of an app called "Mymtn" (official mtn app) that gives 500MB data valid for 24hrs. The app is available on play store for android users. You can check your data balance by dialling*559*4#. You have to register on it with your mtn line and activate the 500MB. Strictly for MTN users
