Read up Matthew 12 vs 43-45 and get an understanding of why u constantly relapse. Also in as much as codeine and tm gives u joy I hope you understand that you are slowly killing yourself?

Okay, I believe there is no problem God cannot solve.
But if i may ask how am i killing myself slowly when i don't take overdose and don't take them everyday?

If you indulge in at least 3 of the underlisted habits, congratulations in advance as in the next 5-10years you will be extremely useless to yourself and a danger to society.

1) Smoke weed
2)play video games
3) Don’t read
4) procrastinating
5) masturbation
6) excessive sleepers
7) sexual hyper active (male and female)
living a sedentary lifestyle
9) lack nutritional discipline (eat anyhow)
10)Drunkards and gamblers.

Wake up now and take charge of your destiny, delay cheap and instant gratification and instead work with the principle of compounding. I hope we all see the light. Amen.

You are right op. I do no.1, 3 and 10 and it does effect me, as for weed I have decided to quit it(you can suggest for me on how you quitted), same with alcohol because i detest it the more and as for reading i am planning on taking it as an habit because it will help me alot as an undergraduate. So you are right 💯

But you see tramadol(red ball to be precise) and codeine, i will keep on taking both in moderation till death no matter what people say or do. Because it makes me see life from the right perceptive. Someone taking any of these two mention above can never think of suicide even in challenging times.

Pls if you have suggest some tips i can follow in quitting weed and alcohol as you did for weed. I will appreciate your suggestions.

I am beginning to wonder if there is something these protests organizes gain in planning protests all the time. I was a full supporter of such protests even to the last august protest, but i don't see any need for these protests anymore. When people are being killed, arrested and jailed during the protests(just like endsarz and the recent endbadgovernance) and nothing changes, nothing is been done about it, even the demands are not even meant by the government. And they keep organizing protests, putting people wards in unnecessary risks.

It's obvious protests cannot stop this nonsense anymore, how can you expect a man with no conscious to listen to your pled with just a mere protests that he himself can even put an end to? When he has not seen blood or the head of his fellow corrupt politicians. The head and blood of politicians will have to roll and flow before this people we see and take us seriously.

How can you be planning a protest and the same time seeking security help from same people who don't want the progress of nigeria and the protest itself. That tells how unserious and callous these protests planners are.

Playing with citizens lives with something that will still not yard any result. If we nigerians really want change we must be ready to put hands together, fight, kill and die for the change to come. But since we are not ready to start killing these wicked politicians. Let us not waste our time and risk our lives protesting for what we know wouldn't yard any result, let us wait patiently till next election and if this tinubulation doesn't rule well before then we vote him out!

But if our corrupt system still finds a way to reelect him then it's very clear that nigeria is doom for life. I just don't see a need for this coming protest, it's now becoming a joke and menace to our society. If we can't stand up and fight let's wait till 2027 and cast our vote for a new era.
