For me the platform just need find a way to engage the current campus generation , they are the future of this forum , I mean the youth of nowadays who now do things differently ( the GenZ , create a section for them

The answer you are looking for is with them

Send survey group on campuses to find out the alternative ones they are using and create a section / link / Gateway to that section, I don’t know what will work but we just need to find to involve them.

But for me, I like the forum for its simplicity like quota and Reddit , you may need to explore them and look out for more technical features

The seller should please reach out to him and dialogue for compensation, or produce the engineer in question, how do you even connect your customer to someone you don’t know and they ended up way billing a stolen phone to him , a regular customer for that matter, this is pure betrayal of trust, if you claim you only got a commission , which account or which number did you send the rest of the fund to? These are the missing pieces , At least you guys communicated, you should not be withholding these informations , they can be use to apprehend the so called engineer.
