That land was allocated for parks and walkway in the Abuja master plan, the company that got the hold of the land has being lobbying to change the plan to and use the land for commercial complex , every FCT minister has refused to approve it, the company then sold the land to the retired security chief , who want to use the land for his own personal interest, he has no right to use soldier to defend that against the state , I wonder how Nigerians reason

He has to obey the order, but the issue here is the Oga sent him to protect personal interest with tax payers money, his Oga personal land is not official duty , this will be classified as abuse of uniform and power in the UK, a retired military chief can not use state apparatus to fight against state interest
