Traditional institutions should be accord their respect, staff of office should not be coming from elected governor to the Alafin , Ooni or any traditional ruler , it doesn’t need to be political , Let the aborigines handle their matters, this is one of the reasons our traditional institutions are no longer respected
The kings were so powerful then

When Bode who was the chairman of Oyo Traditional council attended a meeting along with Alafin who was only a member of the council in 1954, Bode George has questioned the king refusal to stand up to greet him like everyone else as the chairman of the council, during the arguments that followed, Alafin asked are you barking at me like that?

History has it that then Alafin of Oyo Oba Adeyemi II Adeniran, stood and then told Bode Thomas to go home and bark like a dog.Later, he started coughing blood and died while walking back

Kings are not to be disrespected by politicians elected for mere 4 years

What is the best noise cancellation gadget?

What you need most is one with the noise canceling Microphones, so that when you are on call and your kids are making noise , the mic won’t pick their voice , it will only pick yours

For instance , if you call MTN customer care, you will notice there is no noise at the other end, even though there are many people in that call center talking at ones like bees in the market place, noise canceling mic will eliminate those noise and remote companies only recommend Jabra and
Plantronic voyager , some companies even reject Bose and Sony , even though Bose has the best ANC in the world, Jabra has the best ANC MIC

I have many of them

Just get a nice laptop with type c charging port, there are many power banks that can charge those laptops

Good and Affordable Internet Access

Surmount these 2, and you are a baller.

The terrible state of these two key developmental indices underscore and expose the bacwardness of this nation.

As long as they did not give the place to the rich , we are watching closely

Several petitions will fly internationally if they do

I’m surprised there is no opposition to the comments posted. Kobojunkie sure hasn’t run the article through his AI argument generator.

Her fat head wouldn’t have gone into the machine. At the very worst, she would’ve lost braids (and hopefully real hair so she would gain sense). I will never understand why Nigerian women always wear full extensions. Well to do women cut them down to style.

AI generated response 😃

You better avoid that guy for the sake of your mental health, his arguments always take a different weird dimension

Trump is only playing psychological game, he have no intention of taking Greenland, he’s only trying to be miles ahead of Putin to make Putin perish the idea of taking Greenland

Maintenance wise, and reliability, go for the toyota, the cars are good especially the Toyota but note that 80% of those models in nigeria are right hand model converted to left hand drive for Nigeria road
This isn’t an issue if properly done but ensure all conversion hole are well sealed or else expect water to be flowing into your car every time you go to the car wash to wash your car that will end up taking days to dry

I keep telling people, just do something positive

Dont say it’s not a convenient time, just keep moving

The Federal government should as a matter of urgency create ethnic / family land registry in collaboration with Local government nationwide that will prevent land grabbing through banditry, that clearly states that even if you unalive people in a certain village and move in, it doesn’t make the land yours

This will discourage illegal immigrants from moving to Nigeria to displace farmers and take over their lands

They are loyal to the caliphate, not Nigeria , Google the map of the caliphate and read up

Wole "Kongi" Soyinka, an African Lion in the Winter, whose storied life straddles the nebulous demarcation between mythology and history.

Over 90 yet still in robust health thanks to a lifetime hiking rainforests and savannas alongside fellow hunters and barefoot philosophers.

Wole Soyinka, a prolific literary icon for the generations in Africa, and far beyond her tumultuous shores where the sea meets the sand.

I was privileged to have crossed paths with this physical and intellectual giant once, many moons ago, when he pulled up at the wheel of an olive-drab Jeep and poured fourth traditional libation to mark the denouement of a chronicle not unlike his own.

You know him somewhat, he usually gather local hunters to hunt games, and then pay the hunters for their job , and enjoy the bush meat with fresh palm wine, he seem to be living our great grandfather’s healthy lifestyle

And in response to all the above, and note that this does not excuse negligence, but shows that medical negligence is not a Nigerian phenonemon alone

I guess that the doctors in the USA are quota doctors, running abbatoirs, or are quite simply not up to the standards seen in K dramas.
I also guess that USA Hospitals are death traps, and we should all avoid them as well.

And from England

Again this does not excuse medical negligence on the doctors in Kano's part, just shows that Nigerian hospitals are not unique in having retained sugrical instruments in patients.

Good morning.

A child was born in one big hospital , upon seeing the family name , Doctor said there is a hole in the heart of this child and will not live more than 6months , they want to turn the family to cash cow, a big prominent family

The father just laughed and not allowed any operation, it’s over 5years and the child is super healthy till date ,

Beware of Google doctors, I always use my sense when auto mechanic tell me something, you can’t just tell me you want to change you car brainbox for no reason, why not check the fuse box first, trace wires to check it there is bridging first , you must know what you are doing, so many times I’ve told Automobiles mechanic to stop and couple it back if i sense you don’t know what you are doing, you can’t gamble with human life or health because you are a careless doctor, it’s unprofessional

You want to see the medical report of the child, evidence full ground
