Where does government want them to channel the water to? No drainage in Lekki, most drainage are not flowing with trapped waste water, what is the job of the town planning? land use ? There should be big canals like the ones you have in Jakande first gate,

The only alternative that can safe Lekki is to create canals across Lekki Epe expressway to the lagoon that run behind Lekki , the only solution, it will cost billions, and the earlier the better , this is not a project one estate can handle, it’s the duty of the government

Sealing estate is mere chasing shadow , it’s not the solution, rebuilt Lekki drainage canals into the Lagoon, some properties will give way though

But some greedy ones will step away in search for iPhone 16 for 120k on the street, that’s how they usually fall into the wrong hands, those guys will actually show you a good phone which you will inspect, it’s at the point of handling it to you they usually swap it with the fufu or demo version

1.once one troll, price it 2k in public eye here, every other persons will follow the trend.

2. none of those pricing here or asking questions here has ever bought , I’ve studied the system, serious buyer won’t stress you .
