I am looking for a php master that happens to have concrete knowledge of mobile app development as well.

preferably between the ages of 22 and 40.

To work with me as a minority partner on certain projects.

a bit of business acumen is a plus.

it is important that you either live in lagos or can relocate.
I cant give any details regarding what you will be working on obviously but i can guarantee it will be revolutionary. This has to be a passion for you because there isn't any immediate payment...
