see let me gist u..one sure thing about our leaders is that when ever they feel guilty, or their conscience is against them, then they will only think of what to do in other to back up... Ok ask yourself where he was going. He stood along that road for almost 2-3 hours collecting people's car keys instead of him to think of how to better the city by repairing roads to make it convinient 4 road users instead he only sights those areas that rich men live and repair those pls lets youths of NIGERIA come out with full force to protest against this type of behaviours..*thanks*
