Our company is a fast growing e-commerce service firm operating out of Ikeja, Lagos. Due to ongoing expansion, we have vacancy for the position of:
Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job status: Full time (permanent)

Job Description
Acting as a first point of contact to the CEO; dealing with phone calls and email correspondence.
Booking and arranging for travel/vacation, transport and accommodation
Playing a vital role during company events and conferences
Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
Typing and preparing reports, operation plan & presentations
Liaising with staff, company partners and clients
Managing office expenses and restocking office supplies

Qualification
B.Sc. or HND in any discipline

Requirements
Must possess good written & oral communication skills
Must be female & single (married women & single mothers need not apply)
Preferred candidate must be an attractive, outgoing & fun-loving person.
Must be willing to act as a social partner & escort to the CEO at different functions and engagements.
Should be a well-mannered lady; intelligent with an open & adventurous mind.
Must be willing to undertake other duties as may be assigned by the CEO
