So don't be misguided by appearances. Something may look like success and still be outside God's will. Something may look like delay, rejection or failure and yet be part of God's preparation for something far greater.

In most parts of Nigeria, a bride price is paid before a wife is given out in marriage. Maybe, you should go and ask about the significance of that. If a man that was jointly raised by his family suddenly dies without a will, it’s natural justice for the extended family to do the best they can to ensure that his estate is administered equitably. If he had a whoring jobless wife, extra effort should be made to protect the man’s legacy. We pray for good spouses and good extended families that will be there for us in our time of need.
