You sound as if it is a crime for a customer to share his or her experience. The reason I haven't be able to reply ever since is because the battery puffed-up from the middle and turns off at 99% so I had to buy a new battery today. I asked a question highlighted above which you failed to reply me because you think I aren't your customer but a rival. I hope our chat on bbm would be enough proof so that you can at least give me advise on how to use it effectively. Thanks
