Here's the summary of my trade plan for gold (xauusd):

23/12/24 to 27/12/24

Monday: SELL
Tuesday: SELL
Wednesday: No trade (Merry Christmas)
Thursday: SELL
Friday: BUY

Nobody is above mistake. Your observation is good but you also made the same mistake when you posted " gold buyers on the loose". That can also trigger revenge trading on people like me buying gold at that moment. Together we win

My trade call didn't refer or cajole anybody but saying: " We are not gamblers." means some people are gambling just because your trade call worked at the moment.

Sleep on it and wake up. You'll understand how subtle as the serpent that saying cuts.

That your analysis is right now doesn't and shouldn't make other traders look stupid.

Forex is psychological and your statement makes other traders make some mistakes like revenge trading.

I wrote them on paper but literally put it aside.
Now mentally playing it the market obeyed it 100% so far.

This week was supposed to be my best week but I managed to keep my account with small profit.

Gold is showing some bullish tendencies.

I like my present mindset as regards to trading.

On Monday I expect gold to find support and do a corrective move to 2668 region.

Entry on 1 hour bullish candlestick.

What I've observed about this business is that you need to be intentional about it.
You need to put your trade plans on paper otherwise looking at mere prices going up and down will mess you up.

A half baked plan is better than no plan at all. You need to determine your entry and possible exit points.
*Stoploss should also be in place.

My stop loss is more important to me than target because it's what makes me see another trading day.
