I loaded 4 from the 5 card he uploaded. Asked him to get 250 more to facilitate fast loading but he choose to ignore it.

When I could get another 250 I tried loading his 250 discovered it is used (Obviously his supplier could not wait) . The next thing is for him to start abusing, I can't stand his abusive language hence the blocking.

Will definitely pay him for his 250x4 when he understand that he can't just label someone a scammer with no Proof.
