for many years i had seen numbers of uncompleted buildings and wonder why? How would someone spend huge amount in land purchase, building materials and paying for services to complete the building and get stuck at roofing stage. Then i realized that all other process of building can be done in bit and still fit but not the roofing stage hence people with good taste for quality go into hibernation till they are able to save enough to get this done. After lot of research i found that the latest aluminum roofing option that is presumed to cost fortunes, is merely as a result of greed on the part of contractors mostly the aluminum installer who quote more than double the exact cost of of materials even in most cases over 300 to 500 percent.
