Go to gyms. At their most patronized, you see less than a hundred individuals. Compare that to the number of people you see walking in the streets daily. Sometimes they stay empty for hours on end. Go to bars nightly. They are never empty. When full, there are more people in there than in your average gym. Go to an office and mention that you will pay for everyone to hit the gym after work. You will hear groans and suggestions of, “Give me the money instead.” Go to people’s dining rooms and see how much they consume in one sitting. Food, sex and alcohol are the average man’s forms of pleasure. As such, we overindulge.

Update: we’ve entered the front page. Cue the many ignorant children who will attack my opinion with, “Exercise all you want. Whatever will happen will take place.” How many fit people do you see drop and die? How many unfit people do you see either slump to death or slowly die from lifestyle conditions?
