I did mine also on d 25/26th N yet to get an interview invite...though I understand patience is the key but just wondering y it takes that long to get to d 4th stage...In most of d recent batches, I think they didn't stay that long moving from 3rd to d 4th stage....

The dress code will be stated in the email you receive, but I think it's usually smart casual. When it's ur turn, make sure you pay attention to details. who knows?...they might actually decide to shake things up a bit.

A candid advice coming from sum1 dat aced through the interview and has already done medicals. Before u go putting on a suit and tie like a banker or Lawyer, first try using Google to know what Smart Casual or Business Casual is all about. I don't know why pple just like arguing about things they can easily research through the Internet.

It's not my first time going to interviews with business casual or smart casual dress code. I wore a suit and a simple shirt, of course without a tie and I saw they were impressed with my appearance the moment I stepped in. There were other guys that decked to the teeth at that Oshodi center on dat day, putting on shirt and tie, some even suiting up with tie and looking very corporate. The only guy putting on a tie dat made it among eleven of us dat day was wearing a multi coloured, casual shirt.

I can't say the tie or corporate dressing disqualified the rest, cos there are many factors that can disqualify a person in an interview, but I just don't think a suit and tie is appropriate if ur asked to dress Smart Casual or Business Casual. You can type in the dress codes on Google to av an idea of what they are talking about.

For dose going 4 interview I would advise u dress as corporate as u can, I read here about a guy saying using a tie was vital and tank God I did cos I noticed wen I was being interviewed my tie and dressing was looked at after which one of d hr wrote something down, and I also noticed I was d only one on tie among all guys, tho i dnt know d criteria yet. all in all read all interview questions u can, I was caught unaware by one question which I thought I knew. B prayerful, hopeful nd composed....success to u all.
