Hello fam.

Please, which university can I apply to without an application fee? I have a BSc in Industrial Chemistry from Nigeria and a Food Processing Engineering with Advanced Practice degree from the UK. I currently work in the healthcare sector and I want to pursue a Master's in Nursing. Please, can anyone recommend a university that has no application fee and offers funding to applicants? Thank you.
