Nope. A moderator can only lock threads on his/her section but however, if you are a Super Mod or the Owner, you can lock threads on any section.

LMAO!!! I know right. . . Dont worry, my friends and I also make fun on Asian names like Ichibawa. Thats a Japanese Name but in Malaysian language, Ichi bawa means that your private part is itchy. LMAO!!
