Good morning.

Please, for God's sake, what is going on with my items?

I told Maureen to return all my items to ur office and she said the delivery team will do that on Friday. The delivery team then sent me a mail that they will do that on saturday. In the afternoon on saturday, delivery team sent me a mail that my items have successfully been return to specuit cargo's office and I can pick up on monday and my balance, which was also stated there will be transferred to me today.

Iv sent a proxy to ur office for pick to pick up my items and he is telling me that u guys r saying that my items haven't arrived the office. He's been here for over 1hr just sitting there.

Why is all these happening? What have I done to you guys?

Please resolve this because all of these isn't fair.

I'm quite aware of that. The laptop doesn't weigh up to 3kg, so based on the rate u gave me in the mail u sent when dispatch was to be made earlier on, please let me knw what my refund comes to and when I'm I getting it? You said yesterday and the day has gone by.

I don't wanna get angry about my items ish.
But as things are now, I'm sincerely not happy about it.

Maureen has spoken with me this morning and given me a run down as to the delay in receiving my items. I told her to have the delivery team pick up my items from Abc and return them to ur office intact. Il be sending IBL logistics to handle to the courier of the items to Accra. I believe the money I paid to u guys for delivery of my items will be refunded today as stated by Maureen during our phone conversation.

Now il be forced to disappoint my clients again.

Good afternoon BizBloke.

Please I'm at the Abc Accra office. They have searched the entire office and still can't find my package. They said that I should call the person who sent the items and the person should go to where it was sent from, along with the waybill receipt and inquire as to the status of that package.

Several buses have been arriving since last week Saturday so the problem is from lagos end.

This ish sef is becoming soo frustrating and tiring.

Please contact the delivery team because if I do, as usual, it would take forever for them to answer me.

I spoke with the Abc Accra officer in charge of cargo /parcel, and up till now, my remaining items still haven't arrived.

I'm even frustrated. Efex or cross country would have done better. Those are the folks I use.
