I know you mentioned expedited option but my client declined on that option, and I wasn't expecting the two items to come with yesterday's dispatch that's y I informed you to let me know once both products are in so I may consider DHL option straight to Accra.
But as it stands now, der r delays as u pointed out due to black Friday, so I guess I can't have a rough estimated ETA even though two weeks has already elapsed?

The pressure from my client is too much and what he wants now is just reasons y it's taking this long. He thinks the laptop hasn't even been purchased and is wondering y it hasn't gotten to ur place for abt two weeks now.
I assured him of ur services which usually doesn't take this long, but now, he is thinking otherwise.

Please I received an email from you this morning stating that my products being in your storage have incurred a bill of about N12,000 and if I don't pay you will auction it off by Monday, the 24th.

1. Those items you are referring to, they coming in late for pick up by me, whose fault was it?
2. Can you vividly remember me telling /pleading/asking you to confirm, with all certainty that by the time I come into Nigeria to pick up my items from you office, all items will be available for pick up?
3. Didn't I clearly make it known to you that I don't stay in Nigeria?
4. I was highly disappointed after you gave me your word, only for me to get to your office and some of my items weren't available.
5. If you can go back and look through your records, those items came in almost at the end of September. Why then are you saying that they have been there for almost 4months?
6. When you contacted me of my pending balance, didn't I tell you that I'm in Ghana at the moment and that when I come for pick up, il pay the balance?

First of all, lemme start by commending the good work you are doing here and you have done soo far.

I would like you to clarify the following issues for me:

1. When you make mistakes with customer's orders and they reject it, what happens to their money?

2. Also in that light, from a personal experience with my recently purchased orders, you made several mistakes on a few of my items ( my all-stars is told u 12.5 and u got me a 10.5, I ordered a Nokia xl pouch, u got a Nokia x pouch instead, etc.. .) those items aren't useful to me again because that wasn't what I ordered for. How do you handle situations like these? Is my money wasted? And pls don't say it's the sellers fault.
3. Someone once asked, and even quarreled with u(I think it's opeyemi5) why you don't carefully inspect customer's items before they leave for dispatch to Nigeria, or in the case or eBay or Craigslist, why aren't orders carefully examine before payment is made to sellers and there is usually a physical meet.
4. How will all of these not occur again in future transactions and what are the custormers rights to prosecute if such should happen again?

I believe in business, you main goal is to satisfy customers 100%, and 5 out of 10 threads, the situation is otherwise.

I will keep doing business with you despite all the mishaps, but I just need clarity because money is involved here.

I just wanna bring a couple of things to your attention. I arrived ghana safely, but wasn't really impressed with the following :

1. I told u to be very meticulous in dealing with my orders, but that wasn't so. I don't know where the oversight occurred. I asked for a Nokia xl casing, instead, a Nokia x casing was sent. For the all-stars footwear I ordered, I told u size 11.5, u got me a size 10.5. Also, almost all the clothes doesn't fit me. These all has to do with China orders.

2. I saw that the remaining two trousers was shipped and delivered to lagos. I guess it would still be the same as the ones previously received.

3. Since I won't be in Lagos till probably December, I was comfortable with just cancelling any remaining orders that I couldn't pick up while I was in lagos, of which I informed you. Now what I'm I to do with those trousers?

4. What is the status of the laptop bag?

5. Can u procure items from overstock. Com?
