Well, corporations care the most about their bottom line, so going after it makes sense. And an “unpleasant” fine for a large corporation can be devastating for a smaller platform.

I guess regulators have beaten this paranoia into them. E-money services can get into trouble much more easily than large banks.

Actually, yes. It is a huge pain in the butt, both technically and legally. Especially since they accept card payments internationally.

I think, the most important factor is that quppy is not a trading platform. They have a certain reputation that is mostly justified, judging by the recent events.

Yep. Lack of announcements has already become their “thing” When most companies hype up every minor update, quppy adds major features without any warning.

I’d expect the same “purge” of the DeFi market in 2023 as we saw on the ICO market in 2018-2019. Only a few per cent of the most resilient companies will survive.

And the fact that politicians now have much bigger problems to bother people with also helps.

Well, if you look at the situation from this side, then yes. Fiat and crypto integration is the main reason why I use Quppy. If this opportunity is removed, there is no special sense in just another wallet.

But you must admit that when the declared principles are sacrificed to business, it is somehow sad.
