Agreed Nairobi might be 696km2 by size,but is it entirely built up? Remember you have your national park within this same area and beside you Kenyans leave lots of forest for conservation.Remove all this and get the total area of the built up area if Accra will be 1/3 of Nairobi truly .

If it actually by land size then minna in Nigeria will be the one of the largest cities in Nigeria if not the largest, but we don't count fallow lands as part of a settlement till there is development on them.
