Oukitel C21 is the best bet. A nice punch hole cam and a near HD display. It's anaesthetics are pretty pleasing to the eye. As for processing speed, this beauty has an antutu score of slightly over 150k, enough to play games and give a nice graphic quality setting. There's a seller that still sells Oukitel C21 on nairaland till now. Ask if still has it though. Moreover it has 4gb ram and 64 ROM.
