The game of chess has gradually become a global sport. It is a universal game that has no restrictions whether gender or physical capacity, even a blind man can play chess. But it pains me to see Nigerians going lukewarm when they talk about chess. For example, I stayed 2 yrs in Ibadan and I could find only one guy to play with, some people do not even know what CHESS is.
