From my physical observation, Gov. Sullivan Chime has done well judging from what he met on ground when he came into power. Honestly, Enugu town was in very bad shape until he gave it a face lift. I'm rating his government 90%. Gov. Obiano Willie is seriously consolidating & improving on the good work done by Peter Obi & with the pace he is moving, he will top as the best governor after his first term. So, for now I'm rating his administration 70%. For Gov. Rochas, he needs to revisit his administration blueprint & talk less to enable him concentrate. I'm rating his government 50%. For Gov. Martin & T.A Orji, I reserve my comments. No rating.
