Thank you. I was able to resolve this yesterday. Apparently, someone put one too many spaces when typing my name. But it's been fixed now.

So I've gotten ITA and while gathering my documents, I noticed that on my bank statement of account and reference letter, my name is not exactly complete.

For instance, my name on my passport and all other documents is Doe Jane Annie

Surname: Doe
First name: Jane
Middle name: Annie

But the name on my bank reference letter and statement of account is Doe Jane Anni. The last letter is missing from my middle name.

My bank said that is how the name is captured in the system because my name is too long and it surpassed the character limit.

I'm wondering if this will be an issue and will writing an LOE can help in this case?
