I mean the white furniture isn't for sale, pardon my typo.
I'm selling my tv shelf coz it's wide for my space too. The carpenter thought he did me a favor by making it 5ft.

Do you have an idea of the price of a 3ft console?

Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by ganie(m): 9:03pm On Aug 26, 2024

Okay.

Semtu:
A word of advice for everyone pursuing a study visa in Canada. Avoid private universities or public universities with private partnerships as much as you can, they are only after your money. After graduating from such schools, you will not be able to get a job with that degree or diploma as it’s basically worthless.

This is because private schools have really bad reputation now, many admit several thousands international students yearly just because of the money since they charge international students about x10 what they charge Canadian Students. Many employers have realized this as well, and more often than not eliminate applicants from these universities during the hiring process. Some notable schools that employers avoid are University Canada West, Cape Breton, Fanshawe, …

I would advice to do a thorough research on schools you apply to so you don’t spend all that money, then unable to get a job after graduation and have to return home.

Conestoga is one of the schools in this category. Conestoga even with the high fees admitted over 14k international students this past year, many of whom end up not being able to get a job because employers blacklist their resumes. There are several others in similar situation as well.

From my own experience......I can say sell your goods at what ever price you want high or low. Which ever way Nigerians will still devalue it further down.

At on point I had some items that were expensive when I bought them newly, I didn't use them and I did want them. So I put it out for a ridiculously low price to the extent people were giving me thumbs up for such value. Guess wat the calls I was receiving was people that were thumbing me up were calling to still negotiate and cut the price further down to nothing. I was shocked. I just had to sell at their demand.

See ehn...display your goods at wat ever price if you like make it 1naira. People will still call to say CANT IT GO FOR 50KOBO PLEASEEEEE

I don't agree with this because items i have sold here are at the prices i put up or maybe a little discount was given to the buyer because of our conversation.
True, there will still be people who want to negotiate lower but most times those are the unserious ones and if you know you have placed the best price for your item, then there's no need to accept their offer because the person who knows the value will surely come.

Make the payment via the school's portal by filling your details correctly.
And try to get someone at your faculty that can help you do the run arounds if there's need because they may say your results are not complete at the admin. I had to involve my level cord. in my case.

Also note that if you have not paid for your certificate, you will be required to pay before they proceed.

Hello everyone, please what can serve as proof/evidence of being friends with a permanent resident of Manitoba?
Is it old pictures you took together or just the friend willingness is enough (that is providing the necessary documents).
